The Old School Restaurant with rooms has six letting
rooms,all of which have television,
tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and black out
blinds.
All rates are based per night for two people
sharing and include breakfast. For single and triple occupancy

All Rooms 4 to 8 are located in a modern bungalow annexe

£160 for two sharing including full scottish breakfast.
Our delux room with one kingsize bed, seating area,
en-suite, mini fridge withfresh milk and bottled water
and sea and river view.
Room 8
£150 for two sharing including
full scottish breakfast. Sea view room with one Double bed,
en-suite, with mini fridge, fresh milk and bottled water and
with sea and river view.
Room 4
£150 for two sharing including full scottish breakfast
One Double, Twin or triple en-suite.
Room 3
£110 single occupancy Including full scottish breakfast,
or £140 double occupancy
The old bike shed has been completely refurbished,
with new windows, insulation new shower and bathroom.
It is ideally a single room but has a normal size double bed.
The rainfall shower in the bathroom is an added bonus
and the log effect fire makes the room really cosy.
