Please note that by booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and must make sure we have the correct and up to date details for your card. Cancellations out with 4 weeks of your stay there is no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of your stay full payment will be taken. Cancellation between 4 weeks and 72 hours of your stay there will be a £30 charge per room per night. Full payment is due on day of arrival and will be taken if you do not arrive and have not cancelled.
